About Eleventh Street Pizza – Downtown Miami
Launched in Spring 2021, Eleventh Street Pizza is the brainchild of David Foulquier, a native New Yorker, and his partner Danielle Hultman. The concept brings to life David's nostalgia for the pizza he grew up eating in NYC. The baking process starts with a sourdough mother that has been nurtured for seven years, fermented for 48-hours and then hand-pulled and hand-tossed to form round crisp pies and two styles of square pies made with local and organic ingredients whenever possible.

It is listed at 1035 N Miami Ave, Miami, FL 33136, which places it among the local businesses of Miami that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by. Google also lists it under pizza delivery, pizza takeout, restaurant, which is worth knowing if you are comparing several options in the area.
In Miami, the busiest hours are Friday and Saturday evenings and any night with a big game, when quoted delivery times can stretch past an hour; ordering before 5 p.m. or picking up yourself avoids the wait. Delivery radiuses are small, often two to five miles, and a minimum order plus a delivery fee is normal, with a tip of a few dollars for the driver on top. Lunch specials such as two slices and a drink, or a personal pie, are the cheapest way to eat at most shops across Florida on weekdays. Toppings are priced per item and half-and-half pies are usually free to request. Gluten-free crusts and vegan cheese are increasingly common but often cost a few dollars extra, and cross-contact in a shared oven is standard unless the shop says otherwise.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. The most common schedule is 4–11 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (786) 536-2749. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. Its website is eleventhstreetpizza.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.
Its Google rating is 4.1 out of 5 from 442 reviews, a solid but mixed picture; reading the most recent reviews will tell you what to expect.
Miami is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. Getting around Miami is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Florida's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Excellent Slice here at Eleventh Street. If you love NYC style pizza, It doesn't get much better. The cheese slice was top notch, and the Hot Honey Pepperoni was also excellent. I Highly recommend stopping by for a Pie!

Grabbed a slice after cocktails at The Corner bar which is a few doors down. The cheese pizza slices were delish. The crusts were crisp, too. I prefer slices that don’t flop over, so these were perfect. Plenty of indoor seating and a few outdoor tables. Prices are reasonable and service is quick!

We went there TWICE in a day, just because we craved more after our first visit. First time there and the staff was welcoming and attentive, we had the Brooklyn style pizza, I loved the tomato sauce, and the cheese, I really appreciate that they have Parmesan cheese, dry basil and chilli flakes so that you can personalize your slice, the dough was really YUMMY. Second time there (same day) we had a classic cheese pizza half pepperoni with honey and it was AMAZING! Literally the BEST pizza I’ve tried so far in Miami! Again the staff were super attentive and kind, they are really good people, and I can’t stop about how delicious the pizza was, for real it was a SMASH! I will come back! Incredible sauce, amazing cheese and great quality overall! And the price is worth it considering how delightful the taste is compared to some other pizza places that are completely overrated and are way more expensive. Definitely a whole round worth it experience

This used to be my favorite pizza spot to order from. When they first opened, they were the best in Miami in my opinion. Sadly that quality has declined quite rapidly. The pizza is almost always burnt now, the sauce must have been changed because it’s incredibly acidic and the meatballs no longer taste the same. I’m not sure what’s changed in that restaurant, but I wish they would go back to how it was run in the beginning and focus on the quality of ingredients. It was voted Miami’s best pizza at one point, now it’s mid and not worth the price. Better pizza out there and better quality.
